Overview: The project included HVAC changeouts in multiple buildings across the base. The boiler replacement included demo, extending the concrete equipment pads, shutting down the system, adding in future pipe connections, installing a temp boiler, and replacing the existing boiler, piping, pumps, air separator, and expansion tank. We also handled start-up, testing, and the NAVFAC boiler inspection.
